"I believe in creating an environment of trust, understanding, and genuine care, so that my clients can feel heard and supported."

Hello! I offer personalized and holistic pastoral counseling. I believe that every client deserves to be heard and understood in a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental environment. I bring together ancient pastoral counseling practices in a modern understanding. I am spiritual; not judgmental. I have lived and practiced in Europe, Asia, and the United States. I am an experienced counselor who strives to empower clients with the tools and resources they need to achieve a life of balance, health, and joy. Whether it’s thinking and emotional wellbeing, spiritual growth, career change, or relationship issues, I will be there to help you through every step of your journey.

Five years of practice in Hong Kong inspired me to develop a unique style of pastoral couples counseling. Couples that have cross-cultural, cross-racial, age-gap, and other diverse relationships benefit by transforming their differences into strong bonds, with deeper understandings and new appreciations of each other. This format encourages both individual and relationship development simultaneously.

In my Southeast Portland (Pleasant Valley) practice, I am close to clients in East County, Happy Valley, and Clackamas. My specialty is helping clients understand their emotions, in the context of their thinking and beliefs. My dissertation research is in coping. Live free of unwanted emotions and improve your self-concept in a rapidly changing world.
